Rules of the Shiv Nadar University Business Simulation Challenge

1. Participation is open to individuals from India.
2. All participants are MBA aspirants (Master of Business Administration program) of the year 2025.
3. Participants should be willing to travel to Shiv Nadar University Campus in Delhi NCR to attend the competition for a duration of 2 days.
4. The challenge consists of multiple rounds centered around a Business Simulation Package.
5. All participants should carry laptops.
6. Prior to the competition, participants will benefit from a master class conducted by esteemed professors from Shiv Nadar University.
7. Prizes will be awarded to the top three positions, with amounts of ₹50,000, ₹30,000, and ₹20,000 respectively.
8. Travel, food, and accommodation will be borne by the university. SNU will reimburse the actual expenses for the fastest AC 3-tier train journey from the participant's origin to Delhi Station. Additionally, SNU will reimburse actual expenses for local transportation through app-based cab services (like Ola / Uber). Participants will be hosted on the university campus for the two-day duration.
9. The competition will happen on 27th and 28th September 2024 at Shiv Nadar University, Delhi NCR campus.
10. Participation in the BizSim competition is based on selection. After applying, the University will reach out to the selected participants and provide them with an offer letter containing all necessary information. Selected participants will need to complete a separate confirmation form to confirm their participation in the competition.
